Following years of experience in marketing consulting in the public
and private sector, Reach-Out.Net was originally initiated by Shimon Shoulian in
1996.
As a result his consulting experience, he identified a need for

From these ideas, we developed the world leading DID technology, as

Reach-Out.Net has since concentrated on the development and marketing
of Reach-Out.Net
The first years of development of Reach-Out.Net took place in Israel
and in the last
few years a development center was established in our branch in India.
The
management and planning is still concentrated in Israel.
